Sometimes fast just isn’t fast enough, especially for a just-in-time manufacturing service. For that reason we have decided to embrace the opportunities the internet offers in regards to improving service speeds for all of our clients.
Once you have successfully registered for our online quoting system, you can obtain prices for profiled parts instantly 24/7! The online quoting system will produce prices for our most commonly used materials and it does not reflect the full range we can process. To obtain an instant price you will need to:
- Upload a DXF or DWG for each part you require. Each file cannot contain multiple parts.
- There should be no dimensions or text on the drawings. Just the part you require, drawn to the correct size.
- Specify the material and thickness for each DXF/DWG you have uploaded.
- Specify the quantity of the parts your require
- Click Calculate!
Alternatively, if you don’t have a dxf or dwg you can use the “Shape Mate” feature which will allow you to create simple profiles (such as flanges or rectangular plates with custom hole patterns).
Once you are happy with the quote you can submit your order and it will be processed within the timescale you have specified!
